About Matthew Barringer - Owner of Immigration Law Firm in Colorado

A Denver, Colorado-based attorney specializing in immigration, criminal, and family law, Matthew Barringer is the owner of Barringer Law Firm. He launched the practice in 2007 and has since secured legal status for thousands of clients and halted deportation for many others, allowing them to pursue the American dream while keeping their families together. In addition to providing client representation, Matthew Barringer manages the firm's attorneys and support staff.

Prior to launching his own practice, Matthew Barringer worked in private practice as an associate at Underhill and Underhill. He previously completed a clerkship for Judge Gerald Rafferty at the Arapahoe County District Court. He is a member of the Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Complementing his experience as an attorney, he holds a juris doctor from Oklahoma City School of Law and a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Colorado, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He briefly played soccer at the semi-pro level and is a volunteer coach with the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer program.
